Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using USPS 1st Class mail may not have tracking numbers.

Economy Shipping Rates (5-7 Business Days)

• $0.01 – $50.00 = $14.95
• $50.01 – $500.00 = $24.95
• Orders over $500.00 = Free shipping

Priority Shipping Rates (2-3 Business Days)

• $0.01 – $50.00 = $39.95
• $50.01 – $500.00 = $59.95
• Orders over $500.00 = $79.95

Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the shipping cost for your order. Some items are not eligible for free shipping, and the shipping cost for these items will be displayed at checkout.

White Glove Delivery

For larger products, we offer White Glove Delivery, which includes delivery, assembly, and setup in your home or office. Our delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date. This service is available as a selectable option at checkout for most large items. Please note that all non-White Glove Deliveries are shipped to your curbside.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact the store where you made your purchase. Our customer service team is available to assist and provide the necessary support. Please note that some parts and services under warranty may require additional costs for service, parts, and labor.
